Once booking is finalized one of our experienced concierges will ensure that we prepare to cater to all your needs, including airport pickup, chef services and menu preparation, grocery purchasing, activity planning and excursions as well as organizing any special celebrations during your stay.
Since 2012, we have welcomed over 8,000 families to our beautiful villa rentals, providing them with top-notch service from our dedicated staff.
Please note that at least 1 member of the staff will be staying 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or sleeping hours.
Night guests will not be allowed and all guests must be registered with passport prior to arrival.
A Gratuity of 10% will be added to the rental Price.

GUEST REGISTRATION
All guests renting private villas or apartments at Casa de Campo must register with the Villa Owners Club, and for a small daily fee, are granted full access to resort areas and amenities. Please note, villa owners’ family members and friends are not required to pay, but must still register with the office upon arrival. Once a request has been submitted we will respond within 12-24 hours.
LOCATION
This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive gated community of CASA DE CAMPO RESORT & VILLAS, an impressive hotel, tourist center and residential community of 28,000 m² in La Romana, on the southeast coast of the Dominican Republic.
CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEE
The Following fee is mandatory and is Per person, per day:
$25/ adult (15 years of age and older)
$12/child (Between 4-12 years old)
Free—children under 4 years of age
The registration fee must be paid prior to entering the property and can be paid at the Villa Owners Club office located in the main resort area. The office is open daily from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 p.m. (extended hours possible with 24-hours advance notice).
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.
Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation.No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
